We want you to be completely satisfied with your Thermomix purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our Customer Care team via our online support portal or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Product

  Securely pack your Thermomix and all included accessories in the original factory packaging to ensure the unit is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Apply Shipping Label

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are removed or covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our service center inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
